Job Summary

As the Head of Social & Content, you will oversee the business/brand's digital presence, managing social media and content initiatives to boost brand visibility, connect with the target audience, and drive customer engagement. You will guide the development and execution of effective social media and content strategies, lead a team of content creators and social media experts to deliver impactful content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

- Manage the overall social media and content marketing strategy to ensure that it is in alignment with the overall business vision and objectives.  
- Serve as a leader in all things social and content marketing. Overseeing the development of various campaigns, projects and offering strategic direction from concept inception to implementation. 
- Lead and nurture a team of content creators, social media specialists, offering guidance, feedback, and support.
- Oversee the creation of diverse content across multiple platforms, ensuring the consistency and integrity of brand messaging, voice, and visual identity.
- Capture and disseminate social media/content best practices across the organisation. 
- Establish a metrics dashboard and reporting tool to track and measure social & content performance.
